According to this legislation, the following summary of the methodologies applied for data from our Company which involve the collection, preservation and processing of data in our possession and goals that we pursue with each of them:

• Marketing and Sales Strategies: processing of data supplied by you and those derived from sailing into your network in order to define the statistics regarding the interest expressed by you in respect of the services offered by  Prefer Spa for marketing and / or promotional activities generally.
• Administrative management: collection, preservation and processing of data for administrative purposes - accounting, including the possible transmission by electronic mail information and / or commercial invoices

In particular, as regards the mode of data processing, we'd like to inform you that all data is stored in an archive kept under constant review and continuous updating by trained staff.
